On October 8^th, 2015 I was hired as the Quality/Reliability/Training Manager for Red Stick Armature.  On October 9^th, 2015 I inherited the responsibility of Safety Manager – my training was strictly by fire, on the job.  Without the partnership, friendship and patience of the WellnessWorks staff I don’t think I would have had a chance.  It’s not just what they do, but how they go about it that is Highly Valued.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Liz Pardi on her professionalism in helping me plan our 3^rd Annual Health Fair through the Lane Regional WellnessWorks Program.  I had to reschedule due to some unforeseen circumstances with a couple of employees and Ms. Pardi was so accommodating to our schedule and needs.  This was my first year working with Liz and it was a pleasure.  Some of our employees depend on this program to help them schedule follow up visits and yearly exams for their health needs.  Ms. Pardi scheduled the appointments and emailed confirmation to each employee for the appointments.  This is a huge help and benefit to our company to keep our employees as healthy as possible.  The staff Ms. Pardi brought along, Sherri Brady and Delores Sutton, were equally as helpful and professional.  Love these ladies!  All three ladies were on time, kept everything moving along as scheduled and just a pleasure to be around.  I can’t wait to schedule our 4^th Annual Health Fair.

As a small business we are constantly looking for ways to streamline our services while balancing out costs to remain competitive.  Starting a partnership with WellnessWorks has been a great addition to this process.  Only having one phone number to call at the time of an accident or emergency is wonderful.  No company wants to have an injured employee, but with the service coordination that you get with WellnessWorks you get a degree of certainty in an otherwise uncertain situation.  Be it pre-employment screening or assistance after an injury, for any company looking for the added benefit of having professional assistance navigating the scheduling and paper trail of getting an employee fit for duty, they should join with WellnessWorks.

The City of Zachary has been utilizing the services provided by Lane WellnessWorks for 8+ years.  The WellnessWorks Program is a great asset to the City of Zachary and our employees.  From assisting us with annual physicals to hosting our annual health fair, we couldn’t do it without them.  Elizabeth Pardi has been a great addition to the WellnessWorks team.  She has made the transition from the previous WellnessWorks representative easy and has been very accommodation for all of our needs.  We look forward to working closely with the WellnessWorks Program for years to come.

At BREC, we appreciate how your WellnessWorks team took the time and energy at the onset of our relationship to understand our organizational needs and develop protocols to meet those needs.  With every call we make to the Service Coordination center, we received prompt and professional service.  You service team takes time to review our service protocols and confirm our service needs comply with the protocols with each call.  We receive regular follow up communications, prompt reporting and friendly service from WellnessWorks.  We would recommend them to other neighboring organizations who seek to maintain a healthy workforce.

I highly recommend the services of Liz Pardi and the Lane WellnessWorks Program.  We annually hold an on-site flu shot clinic.  Liz and others on staff have arranged this clinic for us and delivered exceptional service.  Recently, as part of the Hurricane Harvey response, our employees needed to receive Tetanus shots before leaving to support repair operations in Texas.  I called Liz after business hours asking her if it would be possible to have a nurse come out to our facility and administer shots.  She began making several phone calls and to my surprise, she returned my call stating she and a nurse would be out early the next morning, as we requested, to administer the Tetanus shots.  We were extremely grateful Liz was able to jump through hoops to get this done for us.  I look forward to working with Liz in the future for other wellness endeavors arising out of this relationship with her and Lane WellnessWorks.

The Surgery Center of Zachary has been very pleased with our partnership with WellnessWorks.  This group is easily accessible and very accommodating.  As of now the Center has accessed WellnessWorks for our Pre-Employment Drug Screens and Yearly Flu shots.  The ease of scheduling the Drug Screens has been great.  WellnessWorks also came to our place of business to administer the flu shots to the Center’s employees.  I firmly believe that WellnessWorks will prove an asset for your organization.

I would like to take a moment and recognize the WellnessWorks program, in conjunction with Lane Regional Medical Center, for the excellent service that they have provided our company in the last several years.  The ease and use of scheduling our appointments with WellnessWorks are always met with friendly and professional customer service personnel who know what they are doing.  Our WellnessWorks Consultant, Liz Pardi, stays in touch with us on a regular basis and is very receptive to our needs.  I would highly recommend WellnessWorks and Lane Regional Medical Center for any employer’s needs.

WellnessWorks has been a tremendous asset to our employee education.  The program has been beneficial for all here at Progressive.  We are amazed by how much the WellnessWorks Program has to offer our company.  Our employees truly enjoy the educational in-services that have been provided by Liz Pardi and the entire WellnessWorks staff.  Liz has done a tremendous job helping us plan, solve problems, and is always prompt with answers and offering her help to us.  She has such a wonderful positive attitude and is just a pleasure to work with.  Thank you for all the hard work and dedication to make this program a success.
