If you or a loved one has been a patient at Lane, we’d like your feedback and input on our patient care programs, projects, and initiatives.

As an Advisory Council volunteer, you will share your passion, provide valuable insight from a consumer’s point of view,  and work with administration and staff to create new processes and endeavors.

Consider joining the Patient and Family Advisory Council - and help us make the overall patient/family experience at Lane even better!
