    If you or a loved one has been a patient at Lane, we’d like your feedback and input on our patient care programs, projects, and initiatives.

    As an Advisory Council volunteer, you will share your passion, provide valuable insight from a consumer’s point of view,  and work with administration and staff to create new processes and endeavors.

    Advisory Council member responsibilities include:

    • LRM-006-19 PFAC Brochure (inside image)Attend advisory council meetings on a regular basis
    • Serve as a resource for patient/family satisfaction
    • Review/develop processes and educational materials
    • Collaborate on identified patient-centered topics
    • Provide input on upcoming new building design plans
    • Promote Lane’s mission, vision, and values
