Shift Premium Pay: Incentives paid for specific shift openings

Nursing PRN Incentives: Increase of 15% to base pay, requires a minimum of 72 hours worked in a 6 week period with at least 12 hours on a weekend

Weekend Option Program: Fri, Sat & Sun, day or night/12 hour shifts, minimum of 46 weekends per year. FT benefits apply, PTO is accrued.

Education Loan Reimbursements: $8,000 for Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science Nursing; $12,000 for Master of Science Nursing (upon approval)

Commitment Buyouts from Another Facility: Up to $5,000 (upon approval)

Tuition Reimbursements: (After 12 months of continuous service)

  • Full time - Up to 6 credit hours of coursework per semester or 18 credit hours per year, at $100 per credit hour for Bachelors and $200 per credit hour for Masters
  • Part time – Up to 3 credit hours of coursework per semester or 9 credit hours per year, at $100 per credit hour for Bachelors and $200 per credit hour for Masters

Internal Agency Contract: Pays a $4000 bonus for working an additional 48 hours a month for at least 3 months.

Crisis Pay: Crisis shift premiums apply to extra shifts scheduled.

Part time CNA, Unit Clerk & Nurse Tech Positions Available

Nurse Tech Internship Program for Students: Must be within 12 months of graduation to participate

Nursing Licensure Compact

Louisiana is now participating in the Nursing Licensure Compact which allows nurses from neighboring states to join our Lane team using your multistate nursing license.

Attendance at nursing conferences is supported, as well as payment for successful completion of approved national certifications. Free onsite classes and online CEU credits available.

Eligibility on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Annual contributions are governed by IRS Regulations which are adjusted periodically. Lane contributes $0.50 on the $1.00 match up to 5% of employee deferral. Employee can choose from a selection of professionally-managed funds.
