- Shift Premium Pay & Crisis Shift Incentives* RNs who receive national certification in their specialty receive a differential which must be renewed per certification requirements.

Incentives paid for specific shift openings.

- Internal Agency Contracts & Crisis Bonus Opportunities

Allows staff to commit/work additional scheduled shifts with completion bonus opportunities at 4, 8, & 12 week intervals.

- Education Loan Reimbursements

$8,000 for Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science Nursing; $12,000 for Master of Science Nursing.

- Tuition Reimbursements

After 12 months of continuous service.

Full time - Up to 6 credit hours of coursework per semester or 18 credit hours per year, at $100 per credit hour for Bachelors and $200 per credit hour for Masters.

Part time - Up to 3 credit hours of coursework per semester or 9 credit hours per year, at $100 per credit hour for Bachelors and $200 per credit hour for Masters.

Attendance at nursing conferences is supported, as well as payment for successful completion of approved national certifications.

- Clinical Ladder Program

Designed to recognize and reward professional nurses for the knowledge, performance, and experience in their chosen field of practice. This recognition is for performance beyond routine job performance.  After meeting the Clinical Ladder criteria, nurses will receive a differential for one year.

- Service Awards/Recognition

- Nurse Tech Internship Program for Students - Part time CNA, Unit Clerk, & Nurse Tech Positions Available

Must be within 12 hours of graduation to participate in the Nurse Tech program.

- Nursing PRN Incentives

Increase of 20% to base pay, requires a minimum of 48 hours worked in a 4 week period with at least 12 hours on a weekend.

- Weekend Option Program

A minimum of one year, full time nursing experience is required.  The Weekend Program is defined as working Fri, Sat & Sun, day or night/12 hour shifts, for a minimum of 46 weekends per year.  Full time employee benefits apply and PTO is accrued at a slightly lower rate.

This is a voluntary benefit to save for your child's education. Louisiana will pay as much as 14% on the total amount you save for your child's college education each year, depending on your income with as little as $5.00 per pay period contribution. Lane offers participation by payroll deduction.
