Effective March 1, 2024, the Lane My Patient Portal for access to your medical records will transition to MyChart.

You will still be able to view your past health information acquired prior to March 1, 2024, in My Patient Portal.

All health information acquired after March 1, 2024, will only be available in MyChart.

This interactive web portal empowers all patients and their families to take a more active role in their care by providing easy, secure access to health information. All of the information in My Patient Portal comes from your Electronic Medical Record. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information possible.

MyPatientPortal gives you easy access to securely:

  • Check laboratory and imaging test results 
  • Review discharge instructions
  • Manage home medications
  • See upcoming appointments

In addition to handling your own care, parents and healthcare proxies with authorized consent will appreciate the ability to access the records of those individuals for whom they manage care. My Patient Portal is a valuable tool for patients and their families to actively participate in their care, which contributes to better health.
