Kathy Sterling, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP, is a Psychiatric Mental Health Professional with Lane Health & Wellness Clinic, where she specializes in supporting patients’ emotional, psychological, and social well-being. With more than 24 years of healthcare experience, Kathy brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to mental health care across the lifespan.
Kathy previously served as a nurse practitioner at Lane Family Practice and as Director of Nursing at Wilkinson County Senior Care, building a strong foundation in both primary care and leadership. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She is a graduate of both Alcorn State University and the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Kathy and her husband, Terry, live in Centreville, Mississippi, and are the proud parents of five children. In her free time, she enjoys country living and spending quality time with her family.
