Katherine Perkins has 15 years of nursing experience. She is dual board certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She specializes in child, adolescent and adult psychiatry. She treats patients from 6 years to 65 years of age providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management. She manages mental health disorders including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and insomnia.
Katherine graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her Post-Master of Science in Nursing from McNeese State University.
Prior to joining Lane, Katherine was the owner and CEO of Zachary Psychiatry. "I am passionate about treating my patients with dignity and respect, and I believe that listening to my patients' needs is an essential element in creating their personalized treatment plan".
Katherine enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family.
