Congratulations to Rachelle Noland for being named 2022 MVP (Most Valuable Player) of the Year! Rachelle is a registered nurse in Lane’s Quality Resources Department and was recognized for her dedication, outstanding work ethic, and customer service skills.
She was nominated by a co-worker who stated:
“I observed Rachelle on one of our coldest days coming in from outside. I asked her if she needed something. She stated she was coming in after giving COVID-19 vaccines to patients in cars. She did not want the elderly patients having to get out and come in with the cold temperatures. So, she was informing them to call her, and she would meet them outside to give their vaccines. This is definitely MVP worthy.”
