Effective 3/18/2020, FASTLane is open for Occupational Medicine services ONLY from 7am - 9am, Monday - Friday. This includes respirator fit testing, pre-employment and fit-for-duty physicals, pulmonary function tests, hair and oral fluid drug tests, breath alcohol, vision, lift, and audiogram tests.
FASTLane is open for ALL SERVICES from 9am – 8pm, Monday – Friday, and from 9am – 6pm, Saturday & Sunday.
With on-site x-ray and lab testing available, we are here for all common illnesses and injuries, including:
