Mike Bua has been named Director of Environmental Services at Lane Regional Medical Center. He is responsible for all housekeeping efforts of the hospital, including personnel, supplies, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Mike has more than 11 years of environmental service experience and more than 35 years of management and operational experience. Prior to this position, Mike was the environmental services supervisor at Lane.
“I’m excited to continue the excellent EVS program that we have at Lane,” says Mike. “We have a great team who take pride in their work.”
Mike is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University and was named Lane Employee of the Month in January 2024.
Mike and his wife Jill live in Zachary. Between them they have three children and seven grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with family, and his personal interest include woodworking, swimming and cruising whenever possible.
