The Lane RMC Foundation recently received a donation of $15,000 from the Zachary Lions Club to purchase a Panda Warmer for the Labor & Delivery unit to allow moms to spend more time with their new arrivals.
Zachary Lions club member Mary Bellcase said, “We saw the HERO Club at Lane donated a Caring Cradle to the Labor & Delivery unit, and it inspired us to want to help as well.”
After a brief presentation, the club unanimously chose the Panda Warmer because of its role in ensuring the best care for newborns and keeping mom and baby together.
