Kristy Dandridge Adolph, LPC-S, NCC, LPCT, PsyD brings more than 20 years of experience to Lane Health and Wellness, offering compassionate, client-centered care to individuals from all walks of life. As a highly skilled Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Approved Supervisor, Nationally Certified Counselor, and Licensed Christian Therapist, Kristy is equipped to support clients navigating a wide range of personal, emotional, and professional challenges.
She offers a holistic and relational perspective to mental wellness, that developed through her vast experience in the field. Kristy can provide mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and professionals across diverse backgrounds, cultures, belief systems, and life experiences. Her therapeutic approach is eclectic and collaborative, allowing her to tailor treatment to each client’s unique goals, values, and needs, whether they are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, faith-related issues, workplace stress, or personal growth.
Dandridge Adolph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Dillard University, a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Southern University A&M College, and a Doctorate in Biblical Psychology from Hope Bible Institute. She is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Holy Cross in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her extensive clinical experience, combined with her commitment to lifelong learning, allows her to provide therapy that is both evidence-based and deeply compassionate.
Outside of her professional work, Kristy enjoys traveling and spending meaningful time with her family.
