Lane Family Practice is one of three organizations in the region to receive the Verity Value-Based Quality Star Regional Award from the Aetna Better Health Incentive Program.  LFP met five out of six quality measures, which were broken down into six categories: Cervical Cancer Screening, Child and Adolescent Well-Care Visits, Childhood Immunization Status, Colorectal Cancer Screening, Controlling Blood Pressure, and A1C. 

We are extremely proud of the outstanding care being provided to our patients by the team at Lane Family Practice!
