Lane Regional Medical Center (LRMC) has been awarded a 4-star rating by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on the Care Compare website for 2025. This rating places LRMC among an elite group of only 762 hospitals nationwide to receive this distinction, out of 2,891 rated facilities.
Among rated hospitals in our region, Lane is the only one to achieve a 4-star rating—an achievement that underscores our role as a trusted leader in local healthcare.
Care Compare is CMS's official platform for comparing hospital performance using objective, publicly reported data. The overall star rating summarizes over 40 quality measures across five key areas: mortality, safety of care, readmission, patient experience, and timely & effective care.
Lane Regional’s strong performance was driven by notable improvements in safety of care and timely & effective care, reflecting the hospital’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and service.
