Free Diabetes Screening Exams at Lane Family Practice on Thursday, November 21st from 9-12

In celebration of Diabetes Awareness Month, Lane Family Practice will be offering free Diabetes Screening Exams on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

No appointments are needed, walk-ins welcome, located at 2335 Church Street in Zachary.

Exams include:

• Diabetic Retinal Eye Scans (conducted by Williamson Eye Center)
• Waist Circumference Risk
• Blood Pressure Reading
• Glucose Fingerstick Check
• Nutrition & Healthy Eating Facts
• Free Gift for Participants
