Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS) will hold a FREE 4-part tobacco cessation program at Lane Regional Medical in Zachary.

Come to one session or all 4 – to learn more about smoking and tobacco cessation!

- **Tuesday, June 5 – What is Smoking Doing to Your Body**
- **Tuesday, July 10 – Prepping to Quit**
- **Tuesday, August 7 – My New Lifestyle**
- **Tuesday, September 11 – Long Term Success – “Ask a Quitter”**

*All sessions will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the hospital’s West Wing Conference Room.*

Commit to Quit is a FREE program provided by funds from the Louisiana Smoking Cessation Trust and includes provider visits, individual and group counseling, and prescription and nicotine replacement medications.
