Congratulations to Billie Pace for being selected as our June MVP of the Month!
Billie is a Registered Nurse and the Clinical Leader for our Telemetry Unit/1st South. She has been with Lane Regional Medical Center for 13 years.
She was recognized by several of her co-workers for leading by example. Her nominating card stated, “On this particular Sunday our unit was short staffed. We reached out to Billie for help and instead of calling other employees to see if they could come in, she replied that she was on her way ….. without hesitation. Not only did she come in on her day off to help, but she left her family get-together at their camp to come in and work. She was a huge help and showed us that she is dedicated to her staff and to our patients. We appreciate her so much!”
This month, 62 MVP cards were collected and 5 employees were recognized during the monthly luncheon. Congratulations to all!
