Congratulations to Adrienne Richardson for being selected Lane’s March MVP of the Month!
Adrienne is Lead Imaging Clerk in our Imaging Department and was nominated by a patient that admitted they were not so easy to deal with.
“I was frustrated and I gave this young lady a VERY hard time about my appointment. I not only yelled at Adrienne, I also let her be the brunt of all of my frustrations. But Adrienne still went above and beyond and did everything she could to help me. She even called my doctor’s office three times to get me scheduled for my test, and never lost her cool or her SMILE! After she helped me, I felt so bad that I had to do something to recognize her and let everyone know that she rocks! They don’t make employees and people like her anymore. WOW! I was impressed and appreciative of her.”
